A Personal Message from Zam's Creator
Hi, I'm Andy, and I am the creator of Super Dog Zam.
I wrote the story about ZAM when I was nine years old. My friend had just died of cancer, and it made me very sad. I went to my room and thought about my friends' sister who had just lost her brother. I felt so sorry for her, and just wanted to cheer her up. I started to write about ZAM.
He is a dog with super powers to help children feel better when they are sadI wanted ogive the book to my friends sister. One morning I showed the book to my mom. She was proud of me. Mom said Zam's story cold help children, and said she would make it into a real book. I was happy to see the book for the first time. I gave the first copy to my friends sister. It made her very happy. My teacher read the story for the class and my classmates loved the story about ZAM and his super powers.
