  • Responsible for the delivery of the first end-to-end language translation process for Parks and Resorts, which will allow Disney to touch Guests with a more personalized experience.

Acted as Lead of the Disney Cruise Line (DCL) content production team of 5 Producers. Partnered with Tech, Creative, Account Managers, Business, and other teams to launch new and maintain current content on the DCL website. Planned, supervised, and facilitated Digital objectives for business partners.

  • Planned and led itinerary launches (50+ new itineraries each launch; 5 partner teams)

  • Scoped projects (20-40 port adventures each new port), prioritized and managed delivery

  • Maintained strong business relationships between DCL and the Digital & Tech teams

  • Oversight and trained team of 5 Producers on practice improvement; documented processes

  • Facilitated Agile ceremonies, and other partner meetings

| 2009–2015

Lived in the UK and worked for a global company offering business solutions centered around High Court Enforcement. In 2011, established a US presence for the Organization, as requested by the CEO. Opened a Security company (manned guards) in the US while continuing to work across the UK and IST time zones. Occasional travel to India to manage a team of offshore technical resources.

  • Maintained company cash flow. Managed accounts receivables, created budgets, then forecasted labor costs and overhead charges. Reported on financials to CEO.

  • Estimated potential new work. Planned resourcing/timeline and created $0.5m proposals for the Client. Project oversight through delivery; maintained business relationships.

  • Collaborated over video conferencing and in-person with the offshore technical team of 100+ people to create websites and provide back-end legal and other solutions to Clients

  • Worked with Client to understand needs (agreed scope) and prioritized features for delivery

  • Established resource plan, solicited CVs for Leadership roles and Sales & Security teams; set

    up interviews, hired. Oversight to team of 50+ people.

  • Took a hands-on approach to Leadership by training and being D-Licensed by the State of Florida as a Security Guard, so I was able to supervise the Operations leaders

2004–2009

 

GE’s Capital Finance division provides financial services for commercial aviation, energy, and support for GE's industrial business units. At their London offices, I supported the Managing Director and his direct reports.

Managed the multi-million-dollar budgets of a team of 20 Leaders Created presentations for Capital Requisition Requests

Provided oversight to Leadership teams and event planners to put together large conferences with a budget of $0.5m
