WORKBOOK FOR
TEENAGERS

We provide age-appropriate and interactive grief workbooks for Children and Teenagers to help them understand grief and give them a language to talk about difficult emotions.

The books are self-help tools for families dealing with loss and grief, but they are not substitutes for grief groups or other professional support.

GRIEF RELIEF TO INNER-CITY SCHOOLS

Our Grief Relief Program supports grieving elementary school students from inner-city schools in the U.S.

In conjunction with school counselors and teachers, The Grief Heroes donations provide students with age-appropriate grief workbooks that help them understand grief and cope with difficult emotions.

SCHOOL CURRICULUM PROGRAM

We are currently talking to elementary school professionals about developing the Super Dog Zam book series into a self-paced and age-appropriate school program.

HELPING YOURSELF HELPS YOUR CHILD

How you, as a parent or trusted adult, react to death will affect how your child or teenager reacts.

Parents need to address their own grief through outside support as well as empower themselves with knowledge about grief healing. The more knowledge we have about a topic, the more peace of mind we feel, and the better equipped we are to overcome challenges, especially ones that arise during times of loss.
